This is the worst skeleton submissions I have ever written in my life.
Anyway. Still got a day before the assessment this saturday. In Court No. 5 this time.
During the process of writing the skeleton submissions, I realised my judge is an expert in IP/passing-off cases. I don't even have any intelligent arguments against passing-off! I am so dead.
